Petra's Mail Club is operated by Artwork Lab LLC. This notice is effective August 2, 2026.
Information we collect
We receive the adult subscriber's full name, email address, international shipping address, billing address, Stripe customer reference, and subscription status. We may also keep support messages and mailing records, such as whether a Mail Drop is ready or sent.
Payment information
Checkout and card payments are handled by Stripe. Petra's Mail Club does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
How information is used
- To create and maintain a monthly membership.
- To address and prepare physical Mail Drops.
- To process renewals, cancellations, and payment issues.
- To respond to questions and protect the service.
- To meet legal, accounting, and fraud prevention obligations.
When information is shared
Information may be shared only with providers needed to operate the club, such as Stripe, website hosting, and postal services. Petra's Mail Club does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Membership and mailing records will be kept only as long as reasonably needed, including legal and accounting requirements. Appropriate safeguards will be used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Subscribers will be able to update payment and address information through the Stripe customer portal, and request access, correction, or deletion through the published support contact where applicable.
Children's privacy
A parent or legal guardian must control the purchase and subscription. We do not require a child account or child email. The mailing record may include the recipient name and delivery address provided by the adult subscriber.
